Technology executive and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience focusing on mobile telecommunications. He acquired significant experience as a high-tech startup founder and CTO. He has successfully led several commercial and R&D projects. His working experience has been developed in a variety of environments ranging from SMEs to large multinational corporations. He holds a Ph.D. Degree in telecommunications from National Technical University of Athens and he has over 20 publications in international scientific journals/magazines/conferences. His fields of technical expertise include: Telecommunication Networks, Radio Networks, Computer Networks, IoT applications, UAV communications and Network Optimization techniques.

George Stamoulis – Diploma National Technical University of Athens (1989), Ph.D. University of Illinois Urbana Champaign (1994) -is a Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering Department and a member of the Governing Council at the University of Thessaly. He has worked at Intel (1995-2001) and has been involved in four startups. His research interests include VLSI design and the related Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools, especially in the area of power optimization and reliability analysis but also include educational applications and policies. He has more than 250 publications, six US patents and more than 2500 citations to his published work. He is a member of IEEE and the Technical Chamber of Greece.
Georgios – Ioannis Paliaroutis is a Postdoctoral Researcher and Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Thessaly. His expertise lies in the design of digital, VLSI, and FPGA circuits, with a particular focus on enhancing their resilience to radiation-induced effects —an area critical to aerospace, defence, and high-performance computing applications.
He holds a Diploma, a MSc, and a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with specialization in Hardware and Computer Architecture, from the University of Thessaly. Also, he has authored over 16 publications in peer-reviewed international journals, magazines, and conference proceedings. His current research activities include participation in projects aimed at optimizing radio coverage relative to energy consumption in telecommunications infrastructure, as well as the development of advanced methodologies for evaluating the performance of integrated circuits in ionizing radiation environments.
Akis is a Postdoctoral Researcher and Contract Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Thessaly, specializing in computer architecture, telecommunication networks, and high-reliability software for complex hardware environments.
He holds a Diploma and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with doctoral research on the reliability of digital ICs in radiation-exposed conditions. His work has produced over 15 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals and conferences, and he serves as a technical reviewer and committee member, staying engaged with emerging technologies and industry standards.
Proficient in multiple programming languages, simulation frameworks, and electronic design automation (EDA) tools, he designs, models, and evaluates digital systems with precision and scalability. Blending academic rigor with practical engineering insight, he contributes to R&D initiatives, technology transfer projects, and innovation-driven partnerships.
Ioannis oversees all accounting and tax matters for the firm. With extensive experience in complex tax advisory, he has guided numerous companies through intricate financial regulations and has served as CFO for Greek firms conducting business internationally. He holds a degree in Finance from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece.
